Yoga Mats and Market

You asked and you have received! 

Kick off your farmers market visit with a refreshing yoga practice on the Southwest Village Green every Saturday starting July 18 from 8-9 a.m. with Registered Yoga Teacher, Brandi Braun. The class will include a mix of movement and breath; aimed at building strength and flexibility. The class is appropriate for all levels - including those with no yoga experience.
