Wondering what you might add to your diet to help settle your stomach? Which vegetables should you eat to prevent allergy flare-ups? Join the Mockingbird Meadows Eclectic Herbal Institute tomorrow and on the last Saturday of every month at the Worthington Farmers Market for a chat with one of their certified herbalists.

Healthy can be fun and easy when you have a chance to find the answers you’re looking for. Sessions are intended to be fun and educational--we will not be diagnosing, treating, curing, prescribing for or preventing any diseases. Sessions are $5 and will support the work of the Mockingbird Meadows Eclectic Herbal Institute in providing health education in the community.
