Crudite Platter | Cheese Board
Shopping list for the menu above:
- Farm fresh turkey
- 21 cloves garlic
- 3 onions
- 1 loaf white bread
- 0.5 pounds bacon
- 1.5 pounds mushrooms
- Apple cider
- Parsley
- 3 pounds potatoes
- 3 pounds sweet potatoes
- 2-3 pounds brussel sprouts
- 3 pounds apples
- Dozen eggs
- 2 cups squash or pumpkin puree (fresh roasted, of course)
- Selection of vegetables for crudite platter
- Selection of cheeses for cheese board
- Crackers for cheese board
And if you have no interest in cooking or would rather leave it to someone else, you can buy many of these items already made by many of our favorite vendors such as:
